SLC NAND is a 1-bit/cell non-volatile memory that can write large amounts of data at high speed, with high erase times durability and reliability. The internal ECC verification is not performed by an external CPU.

BENAND™ is SLC NAND flash memory with built-in ECC. BENAND eliminates the ECC burden on the master while maintaining the interface, reliability, and performance compatible with RAW SLC NAND flash.

Serial interface NAND flash, as an alternative to NOR flash, has the standard SPI interface used by NOR flash and is supported by most microprocessors and microcontrollers.
